This role will oversee the strategic and integrated development and deployment of compelling stories that elevate hunger awareness and encourage Second Harvest Heartland’s audience to take action toward ending hunger. Reporting to the Director of Communications and serving as an integral member of the External Relations Team, the Content Strategist/Copywriter will bring an audience-first mindset and content performance expertise to support the stewardship of program-level and organization-wide communications plans and seasonal campaigns. They will champion brand tone and voice and drive engagement and conversion to meet organizational strategic priorities.
