You’re bringing a portfolio of smart ideas that moved the needle for a client’s business, stood out from the clutter, and were noticed in a pocket of culture. The ideal person
• Brings 8-10 years of agency experience working across Business to Consumer
categories in various industries and levels
• Has a portfolio with examples of creative excellence
• Is seeking an opportunity to create career-defining work
• Able to confidently & effectively present to clients of all levels and persuade with a
strong POV
• Has a collaborative work ethic and easy-going nature
• Takes constructive criticism with ease and grace
• Has a naturally curious mind and passion for the automotive category
• Is a thoughtful and forward-thinking leader who is never satisfied with the status quo

• Focusing on a primary client, reporting directly to ECD
