The role of Account & Project Lead centers on fostering client relationships alongside seamless internal execution. This individual serves as the crucial liaison between our clients and our creative team. This role oversees the successful delivery of diverse projects, including brand work, visual identity, strategy, campaigns, website design and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of experience in cultivating strong client relationships and exhibits an entrepreneurial mindset. All Fellow team members contribute to the delivery of best in class work. Proficiency in social media management, copywriting, digital marketing, and strategy is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage external relationships with both clients and vendors
Be the main point of contact for multiple clients
Manage client projects internally: resources, calendars, budgets, timelines, and status meetings
Write creative briefs, marketing materials, and planning documents
Project management duties include managing project timelines, next steps, calendars, Status sheets, and out-of-pockets
Lead digital marketing initiatives with clients
Promote the expansion of business with existing clients
Help Fellow generate new business and reach sales goals
Participate in RFP responses and new business pitches
Identify and streamline Fellow processes and documentation
Help manage execution and production
Contribute to the strategy, development, and the sell of ideas
Maintain a high level of understanding Fellow services
Manage and conduct research for client projects
Assist in estimating, negotiating, and scoping projects
Manage digital marketing vendor relationships and project executions.
