Financial Services Firm Breaks Through With Animation To Champion The Person, Not The Prosperity

Solve is breaking new work this week for financial services firm Raymond James. The campaign uses animation to tell imaginative, unique human stories and shines a light on life’s complex financial needs.

Raymond James offers a unique value proposition – sophisticated services and resources delivered by independent and service-minded advisors to put clients first. This latest iteration of the brand’s “Life Well Planned” platform demonstrates Raymond James’ commitment to being client-led, helping their customers achieve a unique financial vision for their unique life.

The campaign’s development entailed a rigorous, seven-month production process — working with director team Smith & Foulkes and production partner Riff Raff London, alongside the artistic expertise of Paris-based Mathematic.

“Creating our new campaign was a collaborative effort with our partners at Solve and involved exploring numerous client stories with advisors,” says Raymond James Chief Marketing Officer Mike White. “Our advisors develop deep client relationships and have the resources and expertise to address the most complex situations. The Solve team championed artistic animation as a device to tell these stories in a way that cuts through with an impactful and memorable style.”

The campaign will be running throughout this year, jump-starting with a presence during the Oscars in major metros including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago & Miami – and high-profile homepage takeovers with The New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Barron’s. Additionally, the media rollout (also led by Solve) features high-impact sponsorships & print across premium passion areas (from sports with Roland-Garros, to thought leadership with Meet The Press, to travel with Condé Nast Traveler).
