Paul Irmiter Visits Fish Camp

“I was invited along to Fish Camp this past October. I love my clients, but it was nice to shoot a project like this, perched on the edge of a canoe in freezing waters, snow flying, camera wrapped in a black plastic bag so it didn’t get wet. Spent the days watching friends set nets and clear the nets in the morning. The lake was starting to freeze up, we told scary stories on Halloween, and the moon was up. Froze my ass off, ate fresh whitefish cooked in bear grease, slept like a baby, and had the time of my life. Here are some photos from the trip… you can see the rest on my website.
