Upcoming Event: Chanktoberfest

Come celebrate the fun of fonts and the joy of graphic design with font designer and artist Chank Diesel at the first ever “Chanktoberfest” event at Norseman Distillery on Thursday, Nov. 3 from 6-9 p.m. Raise a toast to type, as font fans and casual design aficionados will have a blast at this font launch, merchandise drop and poster party. Chank will be displaying future fonts and his recent font creations, unveiling a new T-shirt design that will be available for purchase, and showing a special sale selection of posters he has created and collected over the years, celebrating three decades of design and art in the Twin Cities.
You’ll be able to have a cocktail or mocktail, meet the artist and mix and mingle with other members of the Twin Cities design community. The featured drink specially designed for this event will be a “Pumpkin Spice Shotté,” a tasty cream shot of spirited liqueur with all-natural pumpkin pie spice flavoring. There will also be limited-edition “rare” fonts available only to attendees at this real-world font event.
