MONO Hires Robert Panger as First-Ever Integrated Media Director

Dynamic design-driven advertising and branding agency MONO announced today the hire of its first-ever director of integrated media. Robert Panger joins the award-winning creative agency as it enters a new era with an integrated full-service offering of strategic, creative, and media capabilities.

Bob will work to bolster MONO’s growing roster of clients with integrated media offerings through an audience-first philosophy and the ability to seamlessly lead a cross-functional media team.

He joins MONO from Target, where he spent the last 11 years in digital media with a heavy focus on social media and building out an always-on social performance marketing practice.

He served as head of the company’s paid social team, where he helped establish early products and practices for social vendor marketing and managed media buys across all of Target’s funding sources. He was deeply connected to the company’s platforms, media and creative evolutions, leading numerous first-of-their-kind social media campaigns.

“My first encounter with MONO was a social-based collaboration called Tweet to Runway, and it is exciting to bring that relationship full circle. Panger will report to Madeline Sanchez, Co-Head of Strategy from MONO. This appointment is effective immediately.
