Clamor is an experiential agency that creates and activates nationwide for brands including NBC Sports, Peacock, GE HealthCare, Driscoll’s, MLS, and more. In particular, we are looking for a creative with a background in experiential to use their unique skillset to create immersive work that lives beyond a page or a screen — things people can and want to be a part of. The Jr. Creative Director will contribute to a growing and ambitious experiential marketing agency. The ideal individual is a thoughtful creative who has a deft understanding of what makes a live event special and relevant. They have a passion for aesthetic and how design impacts the consumer experience. Most importantly, the candidate is a big thinker and storyteller capable of dreaming outside the box but grounded with strong industry experience to know what’s possible.

- Contribute to strategy and ideation of large-scale activation concepts for national and global brand projects
- Bring fresh perspective and bold but feasible ideas shaped by industry knowledge
- Contribute to visualizing concepts through renders, illustration, and/or graphic design from pitch through project execution
- Collaborate with internal and external creative resources: designers, photographers, videographers, freelancers, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors and producers on details of physical buildouts and installations
- Present work internally and to clients
- Assist with agency-specific creative needs: Pitch decks, social media content, website assets, etc.

Bachelor’s degree

- 3 plus years of experience in experiential marketing creative services
- Must provide work samples or portfolio link of prior professional work for consideration
- Background with experiential agency and working with national brands

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and 3d Software
- Proficient in Google Suite/Teams
- Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities
- Cool under pressure and able to juggle multiple clients and assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
