Jake Tackett’s agency and technology background strengthens Arrowhead’s position as a leader in digital innovation

Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Co. Inc., a leading provider of promotional marketing services, is pleased to announce Jake Tackett is joining the company in the role of Director of Coupon and Rebate Products. As coupons continue to evolve in the digital age, Tackett’s background helping brands build lasting connections with their customers, as well as his experience in technology, strengthens Arrowhead’s position in ground-breaking customer service and innovation. Tackett’s duties include overseeing Arrowhead’s proprietary promotion portal, which allows brands to design and manage multiple promotions across a family of products and brands.

“Jake adds to an already deep bench at a company with more than 40 years’ experience in the promotions, sweepstakes and fulfillment industry, including coupons and rebates,” said Sean Silver, executive vice president at Arrowhead. “As the industry transitions to a universal format for digital and paper coupons, more opportunities are opening up for brands to reach new customers. Jake will have a major role in how we leverage those opportunities for our clients.”

Tackett’s prior experience includes eight years with Apple, working to maximize the in-store customer experience. Most recently, Tackett was at Minneapolis-based Capsule, a special projects design agency with clients ranging from small to enterprise-level companies. Tackett believes his work building unique customer experiences in the agency world translates well into the work Arrowhead is doing to help brands build solid strategies for success.
