broadhead Launches Highland Popcorn’s Whimsical Brand (and Meaningful Mission)

Over the last several months, broadhead has been partnering with Highland Popcorn to develop and launch its new brand.

As a new non-profit established to provide meaningful employment for people with disabilities, Highland Popcorn needed brand positioning and personality, identity, palette, iconography, packaging, swag, illustration and photo style — the works.

broadhead established the brand positioning and essence, then expressed that with a flexible identity, vibrant palette, playful illustrations and engaging messaging, all consistent with their tagline “Popcorn with Personality.” The brand system easily translated across all touch points including environment, packaging and merchandising.

The packaging system captures the brand’s playful, positive spirit with its cheery palette, custom illustrations, and whimsical flavor names.

It’s a feel-good brand that invites consumers to share in its mission by shopping at its St. Paul, MN shop or purchasing products from Lunds & Byerlys.
