Minneapolis Native and Director/DP Directs a CGI-Laden Music Video

MkX, a well-established and award-winning music producer/artist taps Minneapolis native and Director/DP Scott McCullough for a complex, high-end music video shot last year. Shot completely on stage in Los Angeles, McCullough utilized green screen, motion tracking, cutting-edge visual effects, and created complete CGI realms, CGI, and real lasers among complex dancing sequences created by Lady Gaga’s choreographer.

McCullough was represented in Minneapolis through James Productions (now closed) and currently works in LA and Minneapolis. Known for directing many projects for Prince during the Diamonds and Pearls era and has directed commercials for Budweiser, Coors, NASCAR, Pepsi, and over 300 other projects and content, McCullough has several films currently being funded and has amassed over 183 directing awards and honors including Cannes, New York Festival and more.
