Ultra is hiring a Project Manager to work on some of the most iconic, well-known, and beloved brands. You will be responsible for managing and tracking various tasks across multiple packaging projects at any point between kickoff and final delivery. There will be a heavy emphasis on coordinating the upfront graphic assets and dielines needed to begin a project, as well as managing the final project phase through production and package file release. You will be viewed as a vital resource among internal creative and production staff to answer questions, find and organize assets, and manage timelines. You will be the right hand of Account Leadership: opening jobs, writing SOWs, answering client requests, proofing layouts, and managing the production end of projects.
