Minneapolis “Good Wins” Advertising Agency Preston Spire Adds Five New Employees to Fuel 2023 Growth

The independently owned agency is boosting its personnel to support accounts, new business and digital experience
Preston Spire, Minneapolis’ independently owned “Good Wins” agency, has brought on five new employees in positions ranging from project management to digital experience, illustrating the agency’s bold plans for growth in 2023. The new personnel bring key account service and digital marketing expertise, and Partner and CEO Jennifer Spire is excited for the continued growth to come.

In addition to the new hires, Preston Spire is coming off a strong year in which the agency has celebrated a wide slate of new business wins including, Stoneberry, Mayo Clinic, Mass General Brigham, and Medtronic.
Preston Spire new hires and titles:
Evon Anderson, Digital Marketing Specialist
Evon joined Preston from Optimize Social Media, part of Optimize Digital Marketing, where she served as a senior account consultant in digital media.
Jessa Diebel, Associate Director, Digital Experience
Jessa joined Preston Spire from Blu Dot Design & Manufacturing, where she was a digital experience manager. This is Jessa’s second position with the agency, having worked at Preston Spire between 2018–2021.
Jessica Helman, Account Manager
Jessica joined Preston Spire from the Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce, where she worked as the organization’s tourism marketing manager.
Kari Johnson, Senior Project Manager
Kari joined Preston Spire from cybersecurity consulting firm, GuidePoint Security, where she was a senior project manager.
Tess Montgomery, Media Planner
Tess joined Preston Spire from Twin Cities PBS (TPT) where she worked as a digital marketing specialist.
