Dave Opgenorth Brings Experience to Project Management Team
Drawing on more than a decade of corporate experience in project management and product development, Opgenorth has quickly immersed himself in DKY’s culture and project management team. What attracted him to DKY was the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines, build relationships with colleagues and contribute to efficient and repeatable internal processes.

Currently, Opgenorth is working on the agency’s Winnebago account team and he’s helping manage and distribute new content for the RV leader’s new product releases. Most recently, he supported the launch of Winnebago’s electric RV prototype, eRV2, at the 2023 Florida RV SuperShow.

“Dave comes to DKY with strong project management experience from his years working with the product design and development team at Target,” said Tracy McCrory, vice president of project management at DKY. “He approaches complex projects with a calm confidence and sets a positive tone for the entire team with his ‘we’ll figure it out’ attitude. He’s a strong addition to our team and we’re grateful to have him onboard.”

Previously, at Target for several years, Opgenorth held various product development, merchandising and project management roles, where he was responsible for managing the workflow of cross-functional teams and departments. He has also worked for Radisson Hotel Group and Acosta Sales and Marketing.

Matt Horton Elevates Creative Team’s Capabilities
Matt Horton joins DKY as a creative director for the agency’s B2B industrial manufacturing clients, including a global leader in filtration solutions and a growing bearings and power transmission parts distributor. He’s working to help these companies evolve their creative strategy to better connect with their target audiences and to gain market share.

So far, his work has included the development of print and digital ads, trade show booth graphics and video scripts. He’s also immersed in an integrated brand strategy and next generation website for a client that’s rapidly growing through acquisitions.

“Matt is a talented, creative problem-solver who knows how to craft emotionally driven ideas that get results,” said Mike Dobies, executive creative director at DKY. “He’s smart, experienced, driven, and always curious, which leads to effective work. We’re very excited to have him on the DKY team and know that clients will greatly benefit from his creative leadership.”

Horton has more than 20 years of advertising, branding and agency experience. He’s worked for leading firms, including Leo Burnett, FCB, Carmichael Lynch and Weber Shandwick. Past clients have included Budweiser, KFC, Subaru, Nintendo, Disney, Allstate, MillerCoors, Kellogg’s, Navistar and Daikin.
