Are you curious, detail-oriented and interested in solving complex digital problems?
As Web Business Analyst Intern you will work across strategy, UX and technology teams to translate and document business and technical requirements. In addition, you may provide strategic recommendations for digital transformation, gather analytics and support the project management team.
Primary responsibilities include:
- assisting with primary and secondary research
- supporting in the definition of user and technical requirements
- assist in creating user flows
- analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology, what its goals are and any problems within the businesses to formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
- work with clients, strategists, technologists and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented throughout projects and met in the final deliverables
- complete user research and acceptance testing
- ensure solutions meet business and user needs
Other Requirements:
- familiarity with development languages/terminology
- ability to work well with a team
- general understanding of UX best practices
- comfortable learning about content management systems and SEO
- strong verbal and visual communications skills
- basic understanding of research methodologies
