Today’s business leaders are up against a lot. Innovation is table stakes, transformation and disruption are expected, and business models change every day. Without a doubt, digital culture is driving these new business demands, yet it is also the key to their success. Understanding the way digital impacts experiences and the opportunities it allows is integral to business growth.
Clockwork teams do just that. We are actively looking for a Digital Designer who will partner with clients to share our real passion for user-centered design and craft smart solutions to business opportunities.

-Blending analytics, content, strategy, brand, technology, and business insights into creative concepts that push boundaries
-Ensuring the quality of visual interfaces and assets are in-line with project goals and Clockwork’s design standards
-Working directly with clients to uncover, explore, and deliver valuable solutions - including using design thinking to solve problems, facilitate workshops, or invent some new way of working that we haven’t thought of yet
-Communicating with clients to understand their business and how Clockwork can use experience design to impact change
-Presenting solutions to clients in a way that transforms their view of what digital solutions could be
-Supporting and participating in new business strategies, solutions. or pitches
-Creating internal materials or quick turn projects like branding materials, event signs, or other fun side-work that you’re excited about
-Being smart in public by cultivating industry and discipline related relationships, such as hosting AIGA events or speaking at meet-ups
Specifics we look for in designers:
-3-5 years of experience with an agency mindset
-A stellar portfolio that shows passion for producing excellent and visually rich interactive creative solutions, including experiences designed across a variety of platforms, including web and mobile
-Experience creating design systems (Atomic design, component libraries, page templates, etc)
-Proficiency working in Sketch and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite
-Ability to prototype experiences and collaborate with software engineers on proofs of concepts
-Appreciation for information architecture and digital usability & accessibility
-A solid presenter
-Comfortable juggling meetings, tight timelines and tons of cool design work in a deadline-driven environment
