Description

Let’s start with why our employees joyfully spend many of their waking hours at this place we call “work”... beginning with our purpose:

Be a place where art and science find coherence. Where a deeper understanding of customers demands more than a templated approach to branding, marketing and sales. Where proven theories get blended and bended.

We are seeking an Account Supervisor to join our growing team. Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years of digital marketing and/or account management experience.

The supervisor will help Room 214’s Solutions team by supporting the Account Director in the execution of clients’ customer insights, strategy, overseeing and working with account managers, and coordinating between other departments.

You’ll need to be able to handle a lot of details with finesse and organization, keep clients overarching goals in mind, and be a stickler for deadlines. You’ll also need to be able to juggle multiple projects and re-prioritize seamlessly as needed. We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, work and play.

Don’t worry if there are things you haven’t done to this point - we’ll train you along the way! As long as you have a burning desire to learn and grow, you’ll fit right in.

Job responsibilities/requirements:

Be the primary point of contact for the client and manage ad hoc client requests and questions.

Run all project management between the internal teams and the client. Prepare and run client and internal status meetings and calls, and ensure that action items are completed.

Passion for copywriting: from report insights to social copy, everyone on the team contributes to crafting copy

Maintaining social media and paid media best practice and sharing with client teams as appropriate

Assist the creative, strategy, and channel teams in the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Help use customer insights to build and progress the clients’ marketing strategies and come up with new ideas.

Strong relationship-building, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with reporting metrics, and ability to identify insights that turn into actionable recommendations.

Help develop and maintain internal and client processes

Bonus points awarded for:
Self starter, fast learner
Strong and concise writer
Experience with digital paid media management
Not cocky, no ego
Take feedback in stride, run with it, improve your process
Having a positive attitude, especially when things don’t go quite as planned

Room 214 Perks:
Work Remote: we are remote-first, which means you have the option to work from home 100% of the time or come into the office periodically. This also means that you can really be anywhere in the US.

Health Benefits: Room 214 covers 50% monthly health insurance premium, and a membership to Concierge Medical Care, as well as access to Supplemental Insurance & contribution to HSAs.

401k Plan. This is a really solid, immediately/fully vested plan with 100% matching on up to 4% of your salary; eligibility at the beginning of the quarter following completion of your 1st 90 days.

No vacation policy (take time as desired/needed)

Learning & Training stipend to help you pursue your desired educational goals.

Eligibility for quarterly gain-sharing after 90 days of employment. So aside from the typical annual raises, this also sets you up to share in the hundreds or thousands of dollars that are distributed based upon exceeding profitability goals. This is discussed openly at bi-weekly "huddles". The numbers of the company are never a secret.

Eligibility of phantom stock program after 1 year of employment. This is setup to share the benefits of ownership, specifically cash-payouts to employees based on any potential (future) sale of the company.
