Description

The integrated project lead at Preston Kelly has a different role than in some agencies – as a member of an equal three-person brand leadership team – they partner closely with the strategy lead and creative lead. We see this triad as the most powerful shape in nature, a perfect triangle. Sure, in most agencies this title is, project manager, but at Preston Kelly it’s more. The PK project lead is a key member of every integrated project from conception to design to development and implementation, and keeps them on time and budget. And is a key player in the creative excellence we demand of each other. This person “owns their jobs” and thrives on problem solving and collaborating with cross-functional team members. They proudly put the work they help create up on the wall. Their names are on the awards credits when we win. They have an inborn desire to create and manage complex, compelling experiences…and make them simpler for everyone else. They are a positive contributor to both strategic and creative discussions. And expect and demand team contribution to their management role as well.

Responsibilities:

Lead internal teams, prioritize work and manage risks to bring to life our award-winning integrated work

An ability to understand, motivate and support all team members
