Account Supervisor Job Description & Responsibilities

Join our team of employee-owners at Nina Hale as an Account Supervisor on our Client Services Team. The Account Supervisor is responsible for delivering innovative and strategic solutions that balance client needs with agency values. The Account Supervisor builds trust and maintains strong relationships both internally and externally by immersing herself in clients' business: understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, industries; also knows their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like and how NH can contribute to that success. You’ll be responsible for leading internal cross-functional agency teams to meet and exceed our client expectations and goals through some of the additional responsibilities:

-Work collaboratively to translate strategic vision into tactical solutions and results
-Exhibit leadership across account team and agency
-Set and communicate clear expectations with the clients and internal teams on each project
-Mentor members of the account management team as a lead on accounts executing tiered account management for assigned accounts
-Responsible for the final deliverable of client documents
-Monitor project process, timelines and expenses
-Deliver quick response to client needs and proactively identify creative solutions before problems arise
-Help build a team-oriented, positive WE culture amongst your teams

Industry Experience & Qualifications:
-5-10* years’ experience in account management or similar field
-Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
-Confident and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations nurturing and retaining both client and employee relationships
-Quick-learner with ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of clients’ business – key issues, competitive situation and industry trends as well as understanding of digital performance marketing
-Ability to think strategically (several steps ahead) to identify, analyze and resolve complex business challenges in a client-centric environment; and to effectively communicate ideas to the internal teams driving new business solutions and opportunity for NH
-Develop persuasive summary and recommendation documents for presentation to client and agency decision-makers
-Business acumen and sound decision making along with strong negotiation skills
-Experience managing financial data and budgets with ability to see the financial implications of growing existing client business
-Strong passion for the business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
-Authentic marketing curiosity with a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to push your own thinking and the agency’s work in new directions
