Linnihan Foy is seeking a workflow and traffic manager to join our dedicated team of account managers and creatives. The ideal candidate will have experience initiating and facilitating a traffic management workflow system in an agency setting. In this role, the workflow and traffic manager’s primary task will be to ensure all marketing collateral and work from account service teams flows efficiently to creative and production departments. This will be a key contributor to allowing the agency to maintain profitability of accounts while meeting project deadlines.

Job responsibilities:
• Manage agency traffic schedules and pipeline grid
• Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various project stages
• Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments
• Facilitate meetings with account and creative teams to kick off projects
• Monitor ongoing projects and staff workloads
• Keep creative departments on task to adhere to project deadlines
• Update key team members on project statuses
• Collaborate with various team members to execute video projects, including creative directors, copywriters, project managers and account directors
• Adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Work with agency leadership to review workflow pipelines and optimize schedules to meet ongoing client needs

We would enjoy meeting those with the following qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience (at either a public relations or advertising agency preferred)
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills
• Experience with traffic management platforms (ideally WebVantage)
• Confidence leading meetings with both account service and creative departments
