DAO Labs is a supplement & lifestyle company that is bringing the practices and benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine to western consumers. With a focus on combining sustainably sourced herbs from China with flavors and formats that align with today’s consumer trends, DAO is bringing a 2,500 year-old practice to a new generation.
DAO Labs has an opening for a part time graphic designer in our Minneapolis office.
Requirements include:
Proven graphic design experience, either through prior employment or school projects
Possession of creative flair, versatility and conceptual ability and originality
Working knowledge of certain Adobe Master Collection components, namely Illustrator and In Design.
Highly proficient in all design aspects
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines. We are seeking candidates who can reliably complete projects on deadline.
Demonstrated creative strategy.
We worked with a major New York City agency for about a year on the development of our brand, packaging and other creative assets and have a clearly defined style guide and tone of voice – we need people who can take these parameters and help us engage our consumers.
Projects would include:
Advertising and other visual concepts for online and offline applications
Creation of point of sale materials
Some social media work (we focus on Instagram).
Art direction
Other as needed
While potential candidates do not need deep professional experience, we are looking for those who have demonstrated the ability to work both collaboratively and independently and drive projects to completion.
