The professional landscape is evolving at lightning speed. We can predict some of what lies ahead (robot co-workers?), but other changes will take us completely by surprise. How can we prepare to work, lead, and thrive in a future full of unknowns? By getting creative

According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs report, creativity is one of the top three skills workers need to succeed in 2025 and beyond. And we’re not just talking designers, writers, and art directors. Across all job titles, creative problem-solving is an essential skill, alongside other soft skills like active listening, collaboration, and adaptability.

In this energizing, hands-on workshop, we will:
– Smash the myth that says creativity is only for a select, talented few
– Define six factors that block individual and collective creativity
– Play with block-busting techniques including improv games and drawing exercises
– Learn how to use arts-based activities to improve communication and collaboration
– Strategize how to shift workplace culture toward one of greater creativity, connection, and support

Who is this workshop for?
– People in roles not historically defined as creative, like account managers and project managers
– People in creative roles: designers, writers, art directors and photographers
– Solo practitioners on “teams of one”
– Team leaders
