WORKSHOP | Graphic Designer
The graphic designer will create assets for print, packaging, retail, online, mobile, social, and interactive platforms. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver who is passionate about creating exceptional and cutting-edge graphic and illustrative experiences.
As a graphic designer at WORKSHOP, you will play an integral role in shaping the voice, systems, and organization of WORKSHOP. In addition, this role will play an important part in the culture, client engagement, and brand of the agency.
3 - 6 years of agency or relevant experience
Mastery of industry-standard software to create logos, design presentations, and partner in larger visual projects.
Demonstrated competency across platforms including print, package, retail, web, and mobile with the potential to expand into interaction and motion design.
Proficiency in MacOS, with an emphasis on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
Must possess strong collaborative skills and the ability to create in partnership with strategists, designers, copywriters, and project managers.
Present ideas and projects to clients and internal stakeholders
This position reports to the Visual Design Lead at WORKSHOP.
Must be comfortable with ambiguity
Experience designing for print and digital media (built environments a plus).
Development of logos, style guides, color systems, typography, and brand standards.
Packaging design experience preferred
Experience in retail and/or physical built environments a plus
