Position title: Internal Project Coordinator

Position Overview
Team with sales and project management to create show orders in R2 ensuring the orders are complete and accurate. When necessary the coordinator will adjust and update orders to match project managers and client’s expectation for the event. This position will research orders for operations when there is a lack of critical information.
Key Job Responsibilities
Assist sales and operations in creating show orders
Work with project managers to trouble shoot show orders
Work with the design team as necessary
Input orders into R2
Timely creation of event budgets
Maintain proper documentation of orders
Obtain CAD drawings and show requirements
Communicating with venues for requirements
Work with Internal departments to answer billing questions
Travel within the Denver Metro area for site surveys
Data entry for larger events
Position Requirements
Strong R2 or inventory software experience
Must be comfortable building A/V show orders
Good communication & organizational skills
Ability to prioritize
Experience
Must have 5 plus years of A/V knowledge and onsite event experience
This position will report to Operations
$25 an hour
