We are looking for an Account Director who wants to sit at the center of the marketing world within a small, ambitious and growing digital media agency. KOSE is driven to thoughtfully build campaigns and digital growth platforms that have tremendous impact on our client’s business. We are looking for someone who can fuel our teams through strategic partnership, thoughtful planning, organizational excellence, always helpful communication, sound decision making and relationship building. You will work with partner creative agencies and also gain exposure to the digital media partners and tools that are the anchor of modern marketing like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, DV360, Adelphic, LinkedIn, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, etc.

REPORTS TO: VP, Director of Account Management
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the day-to-day business of the account, maximize the opportunity and deliver work that is strategically grounded in driving business results.
Bring business acumen to the team and work. Be intimately familiar with the client’s business, competition and marketing objectives.
Build and own the day-to-day relationships, make sure we are building true partnerships.
Proactively plan, foresee issues, help the team problem-solve, troubleshoot and move forward.
Inspire the team to solve the impossible.
Be the voice leading the team, especially when there are obstacles or pain points.
Keep all members of the team informed. Be a fantastic communicator.
Lead the scoping process, partnering with clients and team leads to set the approach and process for the work ahead. Ensure that the account is running efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
10 years in marketing/marketing communications/advertising in agency or client organization (agency preferred), or equivalent.
B.S./B.A. degree in business (marketing preferred), communications or liberal arts with strong business curriculum.
Fosters effective teamwork and strong relationships.
Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations with effective results.
Flexibility to work/communicate effectively with different types of people.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong client management, negotiation and troubleshooting skills.
Creative problem-solver, excels at decision-making, excellent judgment.
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
Proficient in Google Workspace tools and Keynote/Powerpoint.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Experience successfully managing an integrated team.
You are thoughtful, humble, optimistic, and ambitious.

Ability to travel as needed.
