Location/Hybrid Schedule
This is an in-person role, requiring a minimum of 3 days/week in our downtown Minneapolis office. Only candidates currently living in the Twin Cities area or willing to re-locate will be considered.

About the Role
The Project Management department is the central hub of our agency, connecting all cross-functional teams and keeping projects moving forward. No two days are the same—we thrive on the organized chaos of agency life. We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Project Manager who can help us bring big ideas to life.
This role reports to the VP, Director of Project Management.

Responsibilities:
• Manage integrated projects from intake through creative reviews, production, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and estimates aligned with project scope and client expectations.
• Track and report project status in weekly status meetings.
• Coordinate with the Director of Project Management to ensure proper resourcing for each project.
• Collaborate with the Finance department on project estimates and invoicing.
• Support the Creative team by coordinating with vendors, sourcing props, and assisting with production needs.
• Serve as the central communication hub among all cross-functional department teams.
• Monitor project deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time completion.
• Proactively adjust budgets and resources in accordance with project scope and evolving needs.
• Identify and communicate risks related to budgets and timelines; recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage change requests and document any changes in project scope.
• Recommend process improvements and engage appropriate team members when making major changes.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of project management experience in an ad agency or similar environment.
• Experience managing small to mid-sized projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to shift focus quickly and efficiently.
• Experience assembling and managing budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Workfront).
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
• Experience with consumer promotions, photoshoots, or production.
