The Social Lights, a social-first agency with a roster that includes Fortune 100 and 500 companies, is flourishing as digital connection moves to the center of modern marketing. The agency grew its revenue 87% and staff by 70% from June 2021 through June 2022. The agency added four new clients this year including Principal Financial Group, Pentair, B&G Foods, and the Minnesota Twins.

Since January 2022, The Social Lights added 18 new hires, including six at the director level:

Director of Content: Amy Goran. Previously at MSP Communications.

Associate Director of Client Success: Aaron Komo. Previously at Noom, Target, and Carmichael Lynch.

Director of Finance Operations: Ramsey Elias. Previously at Haworth Marketing, ICF Next, and Accenture.

Associate Director of Strategy (influencer focus): Taylor Lovaas. Previously at Fast Horse and Periscope.

Director of Strategy: Annie Mullins. Previously at MONO.

Director of Paid Media: Allie Kahle. Previously at UnitedHealthcare.
