Nina Hale is currently seeking an SEO professional with experience developing and executing SEO strategies. This role includes a combination of execution, strategic and client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer, adept in SEO, and content strategy, and passionate about digital media strategy.

_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•In this role, you’ll work side by side with account managers, media directors and other strategists to develop content strategies to meet client goals.
•Perform primary research (search data, audience insights, S.W.O.T.) keyword research, competitive analysis, content audits, gap analyses, and keyword/topic mapping to discover opportunities for content optimization and creation
•Use audience insights and performance data to map the consumer/B2B journey and determine the relevant customer connection points
•Identify new opportunities and best practices based on emerging digital trends, competitive business intelligence and consumer insights
•Match user intent with SERP landscape to identify high-level topical opportunities, as well as specific content asset types to create relevant content opportunities
•Align content topics to the consumer/B2B journeys and prioritize high-impact opportunities that map to business goals to develop SEO/social/data-driven content strategies
•Write SEO optimized content for placement on blogs, websites (on page copy, titles, subtitles, meta, image tags, etc.), paid advertising landing pages, social media, paid ads, etc.
•Present findings in client meetings, be part of larger team client presentations, and may be responsible for communication directly with clients
•Report on developing content/SEO trends, tactics, and opportunities to internal team and clients, with occasional authorship of POVs (Point of View) documents and Nina Hale blog posts

_REQUIRED SKILLS
•Experience in SEO / Content Marketing with demonstrated results identifying opportunities for optimization and creation for on-page content optimizations
•B.S / B.A. degree preferred
•Working knowledge of common SEO, search and analytics tools (BrightEdge, Conductor, •Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, AdWords, Google Analytics)
•A background in data and results-driven creation / optimization is vital
•Working knowledge of Google ranking factors and ongoing algorithm changes
•Ability to work independently as well as with a team
•Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
•Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
