Description

The Brave Co. Fellowship is a program created for undergraduate students to explore marketing consulting and solopreneurship as a career path. We will be offering fellowships in a variety of practice areas, including marketing, branding, design, user experience and more.

Our first Consulting Fellow will focus on Brave Co’s marketing and operations. This person will be working directly with our Founder & CEO, Craig Pladson, to bring organization and order to what has been somewhat of a free flowing back office since our inception in 2020.

The Consulting Fellow is a current - or recently graduated - student with degree and work experience qualifications in the world of business, marketing, communications, public relations, design or whatever else you believe may be applicable to the responsibilities outlined below.

This person is curious, open-minded, creative, buttoned-up and loves to learn. A great communicator, collaborator and co-creator. A self-starter who prefers guidance > direction. One might describe you as a beautiful balance of right and left brain thinking. We would describe you as a force to be reckoned with. This unicorn of a human is our first Consulting Fellow.

The Consulting Fellow will be paid $25 / hour, which is the equivalent to $50,000 / year as a FTE. Start date is as soon as we find a qualified candidate. End date is TBD based on interest, performance and budget. There will be approximately 10-20 billable hours / week and invoices will be sent to Brave Co. every two weeks with Net 15 payment terms. Just as you would in the consulting real-world with clients.

We have started a list of responsibilities. They will evolve as the Consulting Fellow breaks in the Brave Co. pocket and adds their own ideas to where we think our time is best spent together.
