Description
Responsible complex interactive design that supports web, HTML email, landing pages, interactive campaigns and banner advertising. This role works with a cross-functional design team which includes the eMarketing department to develop and build highly functional interactive creative solutions that drive customer behavior towards purchasing Deluxe products and services. Must be proficient in web development, Adobe Creative Suite and other types of web/interactive applications.
Accountabilities:
Website UI Design
HTML/CSS authoring
Understand responsive design
Work with both an on and off-shore development team
Work with UX team
Email UI and marketing design
Design/Develop responsive templates/marketing materials
Code and test HTML of your designs
Social Media posting design
Work with media team to craft creative that meets business requirements while staying on-brand
Experience with video and/or animation a plus
Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously or have accountability for ongoing activities.
Solves problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
Work with team to estimate project hours, and follow execution and deployment schedule.
Required:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of interactive/web design
A understanding of business complexities and possesses advanced visual design skills
Applies solid knowledge of layout, software, content management, and conceptual design
Collaborates with internal departments to complete work
Acts as a resource for internal departments
Interacts with external resources as needed to complete work.
Preferred:
Candidates should have strong portfolio showing proficiency in web development, Adobe Creative Suite and other types of web/interactive applications.
