We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Programmatic Manager to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns with a focus on programmatic.. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing, optimizing, and analyzing data across multiple platforms and DSP’s.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A PROGRAMMATIC MANAGER
- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns, including display, video, social media advertising, with a strong emphasis on programmatic.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to meet and exceed performance goals, including KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, including changes in ad platforms and technology as well as rules and regulations.
- Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic..
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and DSP’s (ideally The Trade Desk and Pulsepoint).
- Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across social media channels is a plus
