Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Demand Generation / Campaign Manager who will work as part of a team to advance, facilitate or lead client marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll support digital programs that foster leads and funnel activity through SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners. This role will work closely with the demand-gen strategist and cross-functional teams to define targets, build and implement campaign frameworks, and track and report on the program success.

Job Description:

- Support, implement and optimize digital campaigns
- Monitor and report on campaign performance with focus on relevant KPIs, including but not
limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, content and CTA interactions, lead acquisition
and engagement, conversation, and ROI
- Direct and assist in implementing marketing solutions and platforms
- Support digital marketing team as needed to ensure projects stay on track and meet
objectives

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of digital marketing, demand-gen or campaign experience
- Experience developing and executing customer emails, journeys, marketing content and
other digital media
- Experience operating common analytics platforms
- Experience communicating data and data-driven insights
- Experience with common marketing automation tools for building and sending emails,
integrating forms, developing landing pages, managing prospect/customer profiles
