You will bring our brand to life, communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way that will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers. Concepting, creating and deploying the company’s content-related assets are activities that are second nature to you and come together as a seamless strategy; all the threads fitting together into one beautiful tapestry.
Purpose & Core Accountabilities:
You are the digital magnet that will attract a community of engaged customers and make them stick!
Create content that breaks online walls: Words, video and photography; limited to those mediums, you generate desire for our food products without taste and smell involved. Somehow you’re able to transcend these limitations and leave your audience drooling.
Attitude: Quality, craft, a little bit saucy and cool – but with a customer-first attitude in everything you do. We want our customers to wish they had a best friend just like you.
Aggressively search: We don’t passively cater to whoever happens by; your expertise in utilizing paid social channels will target our ideal audiences and draw them into our world.
Plan & execute a predetermined strategy: Winning the hearts and minds of carnivores around the country isn’t going to happen by lucking into it. Have a purpose, a plan and execute your calendar with flair. We are not going to win by accident, but by outsmarting and outmaneuvering our competition.
Build community: You are our face and voice across all digital mediums, pull your audience together and earn their loyalty through brand love. Stay on trend with our industry and what our customers care about. Lean on influencer partnerships to triangulate on key customer segments.
Balance: Morph from creative to analytical without missing a beat; do what’s cool and beautiful but also drives conversion. Numbers are our friends!
Engage with our people: Monitor, listen and respond to users in a playful, irreverent way while cultivating leads and sales.
Set (and hit) your goals: Be critical & develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of social media programs & implement improvements to beat goals. Use tools such as Google Analytics & social insights to audit, analyze, monitor & produce monthly social media recaps.
Bachelor in Marketing, PR, Communications or comparable degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience. Expertise in all aspects of leading this function is required. This position reports to our Creative Director.
