Front End WordPress Developer / SEO Specialist
Linnihan Foy Advertising is seeking a Front End Wordpress Developer / SEO Specialist with at least 2-3 years of experience planning and building WordPress sites and managing organic search engine campaigns. This includes strategy through development, tracking and maintenance.
Job duties will include:
● Planning, development, and maintenance of WordPress websites
● Planning implementation and ongoing management of link building strategies
● Keyword research and analysis
● Client Search Engine ranking analysis and reporting
● Work with clients and internal teams to help educate and understand the SEO process and principles
● Monitoring and managing daily progress of search engine campaign details including strategy and implementation, copywriting, budgets and reporting
● Closely monitor campaigns and work with internal teams to ensure client goals are met
● Trend analysis and Web Analytics interpretation to make appropriate campaign strategy adjustments
● Research opportunities with regards to new technologies or vendors
● Contribute to team efforts to maintain in-depth knowledge of industry current events and trends.
We would enjoy meeting those with the following qualifications:
● 2-3 years WordPress front end development, including familiarity and flexibility with different WordPress environments: ACF, building/editing custom themes, page builders (divi, elementor, etc)
● Moderate experience with on- and off-page SEO implementation
● Moderate knowledge of search engine algorithm and ranking strategies
● Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and web design
● Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
● Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive, yet fun environment while managing competing priorities and meeting strict deadlines
● Sense of humor (a must)
