Yes, we’re talking about this year’s 32 Under 32 nominees, and just like the rest of the Minneapolis advertising industry, we’re obsessed with watching what they’ll do next.

The theme for 2023? SPOTTED. Nominees are not only in this group of must-watch young professionals because they’re hard workers and excelling in their roles, (duh) but because their peers and mentors have spotted their brilliance and are ready to share it. This year’s 32 Under 32 awards will recognize our community’s young talent and shine a spotlight on all the amazing things they’ve been up to this year. After all, they deserve a shout out from the industry we love to watch.
