As an Account Manager, you've got solid agency experience and have ramped up on managing enough clients that you already know the drill. You are a quick study and thrive on learning new things. Your foundation is in project management, which is why you never let a detail drop. You're smart and strategic, which makes you eager to earn yourself a role as an Account Supervisor.
Your job here is to be the person the client cannot function without. You are the holder of deadlines, budgets, and key assets. You write briefs that inspire creative and this isn't just a task to check off'it's important enough to understand every word on the brief and believe in it.
You hear every nugget said by the client, directly and in between the lines. You do not leave a meeting or call without absolute clarity of task and next steps. You are the reason our client sleeps at night. You are the reason your Account Supervisor can stay focused on the larger strategy and client growth. You work tirelessly to build a foundation of trust, respect, professionalism, problem solving and creativity. You are the day-to-day contact and right-hand person for your clients.
You respond to client requests in a timely manner. You know when to call rather than send an email.
You have urgency to your work and are more proactive than reactive.
You create proposals with budget and timeline. Then you deliver a comprehensive estimate, including a detailed description, deliverables and number of revisions.
You write an informed brief for the creative team. You research audiences, competitor websites, etc. to immerse yourself in the project.
You know every detail and become knowledgeable about each client's business. You are the resident expert within the agency. You represent the client within Augeo's walls.
You are three steps ahead of the client and agency staff.
You never rely on assumptions. If there is any uncertainty, large or small, you immediately get clarity for all involved.
You prepare for internal and client meetings and never close the meeting until all next steps/deliverables have been clearly defined and assigned to the appropriate members.
You document all client meetings and internal meetings with a written recap.

Demonstrated passion for marketing/advertising
Ability to work well under pressure and create certainty amid ambiguity
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate thought leadership
Professional client service manner and ability to interact with all levels of management
Required Education and Experience
2-3 years of Account Management experience
BS/BA or equivalent experience required
