Rise and Shine and Partners is excited to announce the addition of two highly regarded talents to the growing independent agency’s creative team — Ann Brimacombe and Andy Gaca (pronounced “gray-suh”). Brimacombe joins as a Partner, Creative Director and Art Director, and Graca joins as an Associate Creative Director and Writer.

“Over the past year, we partnered independently with Ann and Andy on some opportunities and loved the spirit, energy and creativity of their work, “ said Bob Barrie, Partner and Executive Creative Director of Rise and Shine and Partners. “It’s wonderful to have their incredible talent in the mix with us every day now.”

With more than 20 years of experience working with national and international clients, Ann brings truth, wit, elegance and charm to every project she oversees. Her creative portfolio includes campaigns for Target, Evereve, General Mills, Land O’Lakes, Mattel Barbie, Best Buy and Burger King, among other brands.

Andy brings more than a decade of creative experience to the agency. As a conceptual thinker and writer, he draws inspiration from everyday life to ensure his words are always authentic, empathetic and engaging. His client pedigree includes work for Subaru, Cat’s Pride, 3M, H&R Block and Steak ’n Shake, to name a few.

“It’s great to welcome such award-winning talent to the agency,” said Kevin DiLorenzo, President and CEO of Rise and Shine and Partners. “But, equally important is that Ann and Andy also happen to be incredible people who will help us shine even brighter.”

Please acknowledge and fix the gross disparity between how Ann and Andy are shown in this photograph. Ann appears behind Andy and blurred and when the article is shared on social platforms such as LinkedIn she’s cropped out entirely.

These things matter. Please do better.
