Classically trained, trend-savvy chef Dan Follese tapped to expand capabilities for food marketing agency
Food marketing agency JT Mega has bolstered its core competencies with a new culinary department, offering expanded client capabilities including recipe development, chef consultations, demonstrations, and skills training. The agency has added professional chef Dan Follese to provide deeper culinary insight and perspective with brand strategy and content development, marketing ideation and trendspotting. In addition, he will bolster ongoing client engagements including live meeting support, trade shows, photo shoots and videos.
“Food and culinary are a key part of the JT Mega culture. We have a passion and deep knowledge of the food and beverage industry,” says Phil Lee, president, JT Mega. “These are always top-of-mind, naturally, as this industry is our exclusive area of focus. At JT Mega we develop and execute culinary inspired work in so many ways – from photoshoots, recipe and menu idea development, content creation and so much more. This new division — with Chef Dan at the helm—will provide clients with a slate of new services, as well as a deep well of industry knowledge.”
“I am excited to join forces with JT Mega and be a part of the incredible work they have been doing for years,” says Dan Follese. “There is no one better at marketing food than JT Mega — it should be no surprise they are broadening their offerings with a more innovative array of marketing capabilities. I’m looking forward to spicing things up in tandem with the team.”
