Now hiring Integrated Media Strategy Supervisor (spoiler alert: you are not qualified).

Must bring an insight-led, performance-driven mindset with knowledge and experience in building effective ad campaigns for B2B, B2C and DTC across display, social, search, print, broadcast, OOH and new media, to name but a tiny subset of a subset. Ability to solve Fermat’s Last Theorem not required, but it wouldn’t hurt. You know, just in case.
Must also: prioritize a human-to-human connection strategy; identify trends and changes in the media landscape; display a strong understanding of clients’ business, category and overall industry dynamics; optimize media strategies for varying audiences and channels; build long-term relationship with media partners; competitively negotiate; proactively seek out innovative and relevant opportunities to build business; work well both independently and in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team; thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
We could go on and on. And we will. Must have working knowledge of media channel tools such as Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads and Simmons, and be comfortable with regular campaign reporting to evaluate campaign success and inform future optimization. Six or more years of agency experience preferred. Experience in new business and familiarity with start-up brands a plus.
