Minneapolis, MN – February 18, 2020 – Content Strategist and Community Builder Sarah Edwards is thrilled to announce Some Great People – a relaunch of her successful I AM Sarah Edwards/I AM Connected brands.

“I own and operate a creative marketing agency. There has been a lot of confusion around our business because it has been my name… “I AM Sarah Edwards.” Some Great People is the new brand of our agency and it’s a perfect reflection of how we work and operate. We have a really expansive network of great people, our clients are great people and we all come together to produce great work,” said Sarah Edwards.

From concepting great ideas to executing a successful project, Some Great People will work with their clients every step of the way to ensure their marketing goals are met and their brand is shared with the world.

With a brand-new website www.somegreatpeople.com, Sarah’s team is able to share case studies of how they have activated brands such as Canopy by Hilton, Prairie Organic Spirits, Bumble, Ergotron, Hands on Twin Cities and Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis. There are many testimonials from happy clients including Valerie Doleman, VP & Director of Marketing for Sherman & Associates who said:

“We brought Some Great People into a meeting with our Sales team and they asked, “Where should we point our cannons?” Kaboom! Since then, we’ve never viewed SGP as an agency, we’ve viewed them as a member of our team. Some Great People is remarkably focused and have been a critical resource for our growth and domination in heavily penetrated markets. They have helped us determine strategy in promotional arenas and helped us forecast changing markets. We rely on SGP’s expertise because they have taught us as much about social media and event strategy as we have taught them about our industry. They are fast learners. Most critical though, is their vast network of connections. Under normal circumstances, you can’t measure this value or assess ROI, but with Some Great People we can, because they showed us how and then proved it.”

Some Great People specializes in Marketing Strategy, Brand Activation, Experiential Events, Content Production, Social Media and Influencer Marketing.

To celebrate the relaunch, the SPG team will activate Rosedale Center’s Some Great People “ShareSpace” Pop Up on March 6th-15th in the former J Crew space while the store is between permanent tenants. The inclusive environment at “Minneapolis’ mall” will offer something for everyone and let fashionistas, community leaders, media personalities, families and shopping enthusiasts meet up and collaborate face-to-face, with Instagrammable photo opportunities, model casting calls for those 50+, fitness classes and more.

During the 10-day storefront takeover, Some Great People will host a full lineup of events:

• 3/6 – Media Night
• 3/7-3/8 – Pop Up Shops
• 3/9 – Role [Model]
• 3/10 – Influencer Marketing: The Good, The Bad, and the Legal
• 3/11 – I AM Fabulous Casting Call
• 3/12 – Social Media Gives Me Anxiety
• 3/13 – Prairie Organic Spirits Lounge
• 3/14 – Celebrity Cruise takeover!
• 3/15 – Workout with Okon Fitness

There will be an official Some Great People Launch Party at Machine Shop on Thursday, March 26th that will be open to the public, with tickets going on sale soon. Several of Some Great People’s current clients including Canopy by Hilton, Prairie Organic Spirits, Sherman Associates and Cameron’s Coffee will be highlighted at the event.

About Some Great People

I AM Sarah Edwards officially began in January 2018, working with clients to reach their marketing goals through experiential marketing, social media, brand activations, strategic partnerships and branded content. I AM Sarah Edwards began with Sarah, but quickly grew to a team of five.

For the community, they have cultivated a network of an array of people through purposeful events, kindness, and connection. For clients, they have exceeded their marketing goals, generated revenue, and created buzz and press for their brands.

The company is growing rapidly and wants to continue to reach the most people in the community, create the most impact for their clients, and work with more businesses to help them grow. As of March 2020, they will be called Some Great People.

Some Great People Core Values

Why Not? We always question the how and the why. But we do it purposefully. We want to create the most good for our clients and the world. Why not feature a 99-year -old woman in a fashion show? Why not buy art with acts of kindness? What if? Why not?

Social Chameleon: We understand our world is made up of colorful stories. We float through the world and relate to people from all walks of life to create human focused empathetic solutions. We gather insights from all of these experiences to make thoughtful connections.

Connect with Kindness: We will always put kindness first; kindness opens conversations and enables trust. We see kindness as the ultimate strength and break down barriers with it.
