Haberman Selects Team Builder Robin Tyler Rooney to Lead Purpose-Driven Management Practice

New hire is the latest step in Haberman’s commitment to entrepreneurial-minded marketing and mission to serve pioneers making a difference in the world
Haberman has hired Robin Tyler Rooney to lead its Account Management team, serving pioneering health, wellness, food and agriculture organizations.
Spurred by the pandemic, nearly 50 percent of America’s workforce rethought their career this past year, according to a “Pulse of the American Worker Survey” done by Prudential. Many, like Rooney, did so based on a reality check about how they wanted to spend their time and desire to serve the greater good. With nearly twenty years of marketing industry experience, she has built a reputation as a dynamic leader, straight-shooting problem solver and trusted business advisor. “I’ve been lucky to work with several purpose-driven organizations in my career,” Rooney said. “And last year was a big wake-up call to focus even more energy on people and brands doing good in the world, which has been Haberman’s mission for 27-plus years.”
It was Robin’s combination of heart, business acumen, and passion for fostering meaningful client-agency relationships that Haberman found especially compelling. She will partner closely on team leadership with Brian Wachtler, agency president and partner, at a critical time. “Emerging from the pandemic, our clients need more strategic guidance from us than ever before,” Wachtler said. “We’re tackling significant business challenges day in and day out with our clients and the need for genuine partnership has never been greater.”
Wachtler will continue to focus on further actualizing Haberman’s mission, with the agency preparing to expand its client base as more and more companies seek to align their reason for being with their fiscal growth.
