Alex Frecon Thinks Edina Liquor’s Free Delivery Is Too Good To Be True

By the minneapolis egotist / /

The Brief: Edina Liquor had a new offering—free delivery in 2 hours or less, with a $35 minimum order. The problem was, nobody in town seemed to know about it. Alex was tasked with breaking the news in an entertaining way that resonated with a millennial+ audience.

The Strategy: Free delivery in 2 hours or less is a good deal. A really good deal. In fact, it’s such a good deal that when you hear about it, you might start to wonder….“How could this be? How do they make money?” You’re not alone….

The Result:  The journey into the deepest, darkest conspiracy the world’s ever seen—how can a liquor store deliver for free and still make money?
