2020 has been a weird one, right? (Don’t answer that, please.) Because of this whole COVID-19 crud, this year’s recipients of AdFed’s 32 Under 32 Award weren’t able to live it up, in person, in all their glory among all the other impossibly awesome award-winners. That said, we’re certainly not about to not make a big deal of this. Deal? Deal.
Drumroll, please… hats off to Jayna Wilcox for being named one of this year’s 32 Under 32 winners. Jayna is a senior digital sales strategist Hubbard Broadcasting.
Strategic mind, wired for sales. Jayna acts as the digital sales strategist, building strategic campaigns and leading ideation nationwide for Hubbard’s digital agency. She acts as the main liaison between all markets across the country, traveling, training, and tackling all the digital and social media trends. Born and raised in the Twin Cities, she also has a personal styling business on the side, built from her passion and education for fashion. You’ll never see her without a coffee or kombucha in hand. That said, probably in her left-hand (for all the fellow lefties out there).

I had the pleasure of getting to know the Jayna through the social media department at our company, where I was able to witness her work ethic, quick growth, and promotions within the company. The reason why I am nominating this person is because she is one of the hardest working, most passionate people I’ve ever met.
