Janet Chambers joins as President and Nat Jungerberg as Managing Account Director
Little, a strategic design firm, has hired Nat Jungerberg as Managing Account Director, adding to its executive team after the hiring of Janet Chambers as President in fall 2023. The addition follows two key internal promotions, with Sarah Howley’s advancement to Associate Creative Director and Alex Van Keulen taking over as Design Director.
“My first step after buying this agency, which has been my home for 25 years, was to put together my dream team,” said Joe Cecere, CEO of Little. “Hiring Janet Chambers as president was a great beginning, and promoting internal Little team members Sarah and Alex to key positions advanced that vision further. With Nat’s experience and insights into still-untapped potential of brand design, we’re ready to show our customers big ideas that set Little apart and remind everyone why we’re still independent and still iconic after all these years.”

He joins from Latitude, where he was Director of Accounts. Prior to that, he was a Client Director at CBX and worked at Colle MCoy and MONO.

“I’m thrilled to be part of the fresh energy coursing through this storied agency,” said Nat Jungerberg. “Its combination of award-winning history and ethos of innovation and discovery is a perfect fit for my own drive to shape the market of strategic design.”
Sarah Howley has been with Little for four years. “I enjoy cultivating holistic brand ecosystems,” said Howley. “Brands represent culture, mission, and emotion. It’s so fulfilling to work with a team that understands the complex ideas and emotions we can convey with design.”

Alex Van Keulen has spent over three years at the agency. “I love getting to have my hands in all areas of the branding process,” said Van Keulen. “From strategic thinking for larger clients to startups and everyone in-between, the range of work I get to create in both the print and digital worlds keeps things interesting, and anytime I get the chance to flex my illustration skills is always a good day.”
