Ali Olson joins the social-first agency in the newly-created role of Vice President of Operations

The Social Lights, a Minneapolis-based agency that takes a social-first approach to marketing, today announced that Ali Olson has joined the company as Vice President of Operations. A builder of process, grower of people, and lover of all things digital, Olson brings over 15 years of industry experience to this new role.

Ali is joining us at an incredibly exciting time,” said Emily Pritchard, CEO and Founder of The Social Lights. “We’re continuing to onboard new clients and invest in our people as we build a best-in-class team of social-first marketers. With her deep experience in developing, driving, and maintaining processes, Ali will build upon our solid operational foundation to better serve our people and our clients.” 

Olson joins The Social Lights from HeartWorks, where she led the non-profit team as the Director of Development. Prior to her experience at the foundation, Ali served as Head of Operations at Wunderman Thompson and four years as the Vice President of Project Management, Office & Operations at Horizontal Digital, where she was responsible for global company operations. With vast knowledge to draw upon, Ali thrives on strategic problem solving, inspires team cohesion, and actively embraces making change happen for the betterment of her team and organization.
