Preston Spire, the Good Wins agency, is looking for an ambitious, superlatively talented art director with 2-5 years of experience in digital and traditional art direction. You will be a driven self-starter with the beginnings of an award-winning portfolio and be hungry to win more.

The integrated project lead at Preston Spire has a very important role, as a member of a three-person account leadership team partnering closely with the account lead and creative lead. The project lead masterfully leads integrated projects from conception to design to development and implementation, and keeps them on time and budget. This person thrives on problem-solving and collaborating with cross-functional team members, and has an inborn desire to create and manage complex, compelling experiences. They’re a leader, problem-solver – not a paper pusher – and a positive contributor to both business and creative discussions.

The administrative coordinator position plays a very important role at Preston Spire. It is the nerve center of the agency, the Jack/Jill-of-all-trades, from front desk reception to travel agent, catering manager to office manager, accounting to human resources support.
