New year, new opportunities from our friends at Schermer. They’re on the hunt for an Art Director, Copywriter, and Senior Copywriter. Take a look below for more info.

The primary role of the Art Director is to be a key player in the development of the creative strategy and execution. The AD must be a self-starter, can juggle multiple projects, and possess a strong sense of urgency. She/He will engage in concepting through execution, designing for product launches, demand gen campaigns, emails, landing pages, banners, and other deliverables. Reporting to the Creative Directors, the Art Director will work with the creative team of designers, copywriters, and other production specialists.

The primary role of the Copywriter is to direct and develop copy and content, from conception to completion, in any medium for the purpose of building brands and driving demand. The Copywriter will thoroughly learn the subject matter, understanding its context and implications, and then distill those learnings into succinct and compelling content. She/He will engage in concepting and content mapping, writing for product launches, demand gen campaigns, emails, landing pages, banners, lead magnets, and other deliverables.

The primary role of the Senior Copywriter is to consult with the client, strategy, creative, and account service leads to understand the creative and business objectives. Through background research and collaboration with the creative director, they will help devise strategies and concepts, and ultimately develop content and copy that meets program objectives aligned with the strategic focus and tone.
