As an Art Director with a digital focus, you’ll be tasked with taking on small and big sticky challenges – tackling challenges both on the business and in the business. You’ll not only craft compelling layouts that inspire action, but build creative solutions, collaborate as a team to bring fresh ideas forward and elevate the quality of Hot Dish’s creative work. Getting to the heart of what matters to audiences through meaningful designs and dynamic storytelling. You’ll get to be a team player working on the business to help identify the root cause of challenges and opportunities. Hot Dish is not for the wallflowers who want to go along with the status quo, but for the daymakers who are striving to be their best. The ideal candidate has 3-8 years of creative agency experience, has digital design capabilities for digital mediums, a proven ability to generate original ideas as well as get into the details of production, and can be persuasive knowing when to consult or sell their work to others.
