6.5 million pets wait in shelters every year to find their forever home. The Bissell Pet Foundation hosts Empty the Shelters free adoption days for prospective pet owners. During these events, the Bissell Pet Foundation pays all adoption fees to encourage prospective pet owners to choose adoption first. This Puppy Bowl spot tells the story of one family’s happily ever after.
