CHI Memorial, in partnership with agency Preston Kelly, has launched a deeply personal advertising campaign for The Chattanooga Heart Institute to reinforce the group’s decades-long reputation as one of the nation’s top cardiovascular practices. The campaign is called Leading, by putting you first.
Because of its strong, historic leadership position, The Chattanooga Heart Institute cares for and serves patients from the surrounding area and beyond. As the market leader for heart health throughout the Chattanooga area, the Institute sought to strengthen its brand position and ensure it has a visible presence in a fast-growing community. The goal of the campaign is simple: focus on actual patient outcomes and demonstrate our commitment to putting the patient first.
To demonstrate this, Preston Kelly concentrated on the insight that patients need a human touch in their care: a doctor who listens and is trustworthy and committed to providing the highest-quality care. At The Institute, patients are treated with medical excellence in an environment of compassion and integrity. Patients are at the center of everything at The Institute, and medicine is more than a job for these doctors—it’s a personal relationship.
